How will my order ship? What are my domestic shipping options?
India post speed post : 1- 4  business days after ship date.
Free shipping - india post : 2 -10 business days after ship date.

Can I track my order?
When your order is packed and ready to go, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

Can I change my shipping address?
Yes, please contact our customer service executive +91 9591221234 .
Once your package leaves our warehouse, we no longer have control over it. We cannot change the address or redirect it to another address. 

What will happen if the shipping address is wrong?
If we ship your package to the address you provided and it is returned, we will issue a credit for the product price less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable.   

How long will it take to ship my order?
We have all of our merchandise in stock and ready to ship.  Orders generally ship within one business day.   
Notifications and tracking information will be sent via email as soon as the package is shipped.  
Multiple order from the same address may be combined into one shipment. 

How long will it take to receive my domestic order?
We use indiapost for shipping all our packages. General delivery times are:

India post speed post : 1- 4  business days after ship date.
Free shipping - india post : 2 -10 business days after ship date.

I never received my package . What do I do?
If you have not received your domestic package within 20 days (india) please contact indiapost.

What if I received a damaged or incorrect product?
It doesn't happen often, but if you receive a defective or incorrect item please contact us
