Shipping and Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we have customer oriented shipping/return policies. We want to ensure that your online purchase is always stress free. We are committed to make sure that our shipping/return policies are fair and do not bring any nasty surprises to you after shopping with us.
We encourage you to go through these shipping/return policies.
Terms of Shipping/E&OE
- We ship each order only to a single destination/address specified at the time of payment for that particular order. If you want to ship to different addresses, you must place multiple orders.
- We will provide you a shipping tracking number on your email. You can track the shipping status of your order on the courier website using the tracking number.
- We ship all items with an invoice/bill. In case, inadvertently, the same is not received, you may e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order reference number.
- We ship orders on all week days, excluding public holidays and Sundays.
- We ensure that your order reaches you fast and in good condition, so we make shipments only through reputed courier agencies and India Post.
- We make our best efforts to ensure that your order is shipped within 2 days of the order date. However, in certain cases, it might take longer to ship an order due to sudden courier/shipping closure on account of natural disasters/emergencies.
- We ship all items in an order together, but this may not always be possible due to certain constraints in shipping/packaging. In these cases, you might receive more than one shipment for a single order.
- Product ownership passes to you after the product is shipped. Unless you provide us with a valid and correct ship-to location/address, you are responsible for any loss in shipping and/or other issues associated with shipping.
- If you observe/believe that the packaging is tampered/damaged resulting in damages to the product, please refuse to take delivery of the shipment/package, and immediately contact us on e-mail email@example.com or +91-9591221234 mentioning your order reference number. You should instruct the courier/post agency to return such orders back to us. We will make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
- The shipping policy information provided here pertains only to customers in India. If you want to ship to an address outside of India, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before placing an order.
- You are responsible for notifying us of a change in address/contact number within 1 day of placing an order. In case, you are not reachable or do not accept delivery of products, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Terms of Return and Replacement/E&OE
We follow the highest standards in quality control and inspect each product before shipping it to you. In the rare case, if you receive a defective product, please refer to the following terms of returning a product.
- Submit Product Returns form and Contact us on email email@example.com before shipping a returned product to us. We offer product replacement of the same value per our following replacement policies. Our approval email accepting the offer to return and replace must reach you before you ship out a returned product. It is important that you contact us before returning a defective product, so that we can assist you with the return shipping charges. If you do not notify us before shipping, there may be a delay in your replacement and you will be responsible for any losses/shipping charges.
- After we receive a returned product, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned product on your email. Additionally, we will notify you on the status of your product replacement at the earliest. If a product replacement is approved, we will initiate the product replacement and ship the replacement to you per our shipping policies.
- You have “15 calendar days” from the date you receive a product to identify any manufacturing defects/issues and return it; we cannot be held responsible for any product defects/issues after 15 days. The returned product must reach us within 15 days from the date you receive it (except for international shipments outside of India, which would be provided with a different return time depending on each case).
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly “unused” and in the “same condition” that you received it.
- Products “once sold will not be taken back“ except in cases of manufacturing defects.
- We will refund the “shipping charges” of a returned item through online account payment/cheque (cost of return shipping must not exceed INR 200; except for international shipments) on providing a proof of shipment/receipt/bill copy. You must ensure that a returned product is suitably packaged to protect it in transit.
