My tracking information is not available on the india post website?
Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 48 hours after you receive your shipping confirmation email. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your expected delivery date.
Can I make changes to my order?
If you missed an item and wish to add to your order, we are happy to combine them - see faq below for information on combining orders.

Do you combine orders?
We combine orders placed on the same day, under the same name and address with notes provided at checkout in the notes box. Without this, we cannot guarantee that your orders will be combined. Shipping will be combined and overages refunded within 48 hours of shipment. Customized-order items cannot be combined with ready to ship (rts) items and we are not able accommodate shipping hold requests.
Can you provide a discount for a bulk order?
Please fill in the form to tell us which products you are interested in ordering in bulk.
Once you've submitted the form, a member of our customer service team will be in touch to discuss your requirements in more detail and offer any bulk order discounts that might be available to you. If you're happy once a quote has been provided we can then confirm and place your bulk order over the phone.
Payment is required at the time of checkout. We do not store any payment details so we are unable to edit orders after they are placed.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. No returns on items after 90 days.

For all returns, shipping is non-refundable and orders that received free shipping will be charged a 15% restocking fee. For multiple item purchase that received a free product, discount will be applied equally between all products to determine the refund price. Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment.
Just return the items with a copy of your packing slip indicating it is a return.

How to add multiple shipping addresses?

Business days & holidays ?
All orders ship Monday - Saturday . Orders must be placed by 11:59PM India time zone (UTC+05:30) to be processed on the same business day otherwise it will be processed the next business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on public holidays.
Do you ever offer a coupon code?
On occasion, coupon codes will be offered to our email subscribers. Discounts cannot be used when any other special offer is applied to an order .
How to apply coupon code?
